Birch Haven was named after the owners' travels to the Italian Birch Groves, where they created many of their holiday memories. As a reminder of those days, a photograph hangs proudly above the cosy gas fireplace.
This beautiful 3-bedroom home for 6 guests is nestled away yet so near to Blackheath Village that you can walk there in 10 minutes. Inside and out, Birch Haven has lots of areas for visitors to lounge, rest, and enjoy an escape. Delight in an early morning coffee on the back verandah or an evening sundowner as the kids, your pet companion, or both play in the mountain garden, safe in the totally enclosed backyard. Alternatively, for a lazy alfresco breakfast, open the French doors in the main bedroom, which lead out to a little patio overlooking the garden. When it comes to relaxing spaces to retreat, this house has you covered.
The combined kitchen and dining room is ideal for gathering, making meals, and chatting. In the evening, everyone can curl up in front of the warm gas fireplace to enjoy a movie, read a nice book, or share a glass of wine with family or friends. If you need a quiet space to work or study, then the enclosed sunroom at the front is ideal.
Birch Haven is approximately 90 minutes away from Sydney and is ideal for a Blue Mountains Escape.

Lounge: Separate lounge with TV and a gas log fire.

Heating: Gas Log fireplace in lounge room, gas heater in the kitchen dining area and electric heater in each bedroom.
