All long weekends are a minimum 3-night stay, all public holidays are charged at the weekend tariff and Easter is a minimum 4-night stay.
Linen: Full linen provided (beds will be made) along with towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels. Electric blankets only on the 2 single beds.
Not suitable for children (12 years and younger) due to the property being heritage listed and the high-quality furnishings.

Lounge Rm: Separate lounge room with T V, blue tooth speaker and slow combustion wood fireplace (wood supplied).
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with gas oven and cooktop, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwasher.

Laundry: Washing machine, dryer, laundry tub and ironing facilities (also has a shower).
Heating: Gas central heating throughout and air-conditioning in the kitchen that flows through to the lounge room and in bedroom 4 (with the 2 single beds).
Pets: Strictly No pets allowed.
Parking: Space for two cars off street and ample on street parking.
Outdoor Activities: Outdoor seating area in the middle of a wonderfully maintained garden.
