Heres what James wrote; Firstly, the view is incredible. 100% would stay again because of the view. The house is comfortable and has some nice decor. We used both the bbq and the pizza oven to good success (use this website for pizza dough https://www.taste.com.au/recipes/pizza-dough/61da0d5a-abe7-4a62-a805-c9c4a729d718 ). Really glad we stayed here.

The view is absolutely amazing and beyond all expectations, I’ve visited the Blue Mountains many times and this must be one of the best place I’ve stayed in its really breathtaking ! did not get a chance to try the Pizza oven outside but that might be a good reason to go back in spring ! Immpressive! We were not disappointed when we arrived, such a magnificent view & beautifully set up house. It had everything we needed. Log fire, central heating, electric blankets, beautiful linen, professional stove & lovely furnishing. The location and view are stunning. Would love to stay again. Miriam.

Hi Geoff, I just returned from a 2 night stay at Highview in Leura with 4 girlfriends. We just wanted to let you know that we loved the house and the location and thoroughly enjoyed our weekend away. The property is very well appointed with all the linen etc we needed and we couldn’t take our eyes off the brilliant views. We took advantage of the 2 bushwalks at our door, spent time on the patio drinking in the outlook and stoked up the fire. It was everything we were looking forward to and more. Hi Geoff, I would like to say thank you for the wonderful accommodation, we had a fantastic time exploring the local area and just taking time out to relax as a family at the cottage. Geoff, The cottage was lovely. Even better inside than the photos would have suggested. Excellent views. One comment - maybe a page or so of information regarding the cottage on arrival would have been good. Otherwise we had a great time and would love to come back in the winter. Thanks, Ruth
Highview is a beautiful house with stunning views towards the Three Sisters and only a bit over an hours drive from our part of Sydney. With its 3 bedrooms, the big open plan kitchen and living room with fireplace, it was very spacious and immediately radiated a very homely vibe. Everything was very clean and neat with the kitchen well equipped with stone benchtops and new appliances. We found it so peaceful at the edge of the escarpment, with breathtaking 220 degree wrap around views. Though secluded, the beautiful shops and restaurants of Leura Mall were just 5 minutes drive from Highview. My brother and his wife and two little children were here on a holiday from Germany and we had a fantastic time relaxing in and around the house with its lawns, outdoor tables, B B Q and pizza oven. There were lots of board games and outdoor games to play. I’ll definitely be booking this beautiful place again and I’d certainly recommend it to anyone looking for something special to capture the serenity and amazing views across this spectacular world heritage landscape.
