Honeysett Lodge is an architecturally designed, three bedroom home with exposed oregon beams, raked ceilings and wide-open living areas, perfect for entertaining or relaxing by the fire.
A spacious floor plan with formal living, casual dining area, galley style kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, timber cabinetry and large hidden pantry, opens directly onto a sun-filled, paved outdoor entertaining area. The formal sunken lounge room features an open fireplace and large TV which flows onto the undercover area overlooking the secluded backyard.
Upstairs, directly accessible via the kitchen/dining area, a palatial master suite with an elegant raked timber ceilings space and an abundance of light, features skylights with automatic solar panelled blinds.

Linen: (All beds required will be made with quality linen before your arrival). Bath towels including bath mats and hand towels are also provided along with tea towels for the kitchen.
Bathroom:
The Bathroom is upstairs and has separate areas made up of a room with a bath and shower, another with doubles sinks and the other is a separate toilet. There is also a separate toilet downstairs in the laundry.
Lounge Rm: Large open plan Lounge dining room with comfortable seating, open fireplace and a large TV.
Kitchen: Electric oven/induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and Nespresso Machine.
Dining: Dining area table with seating for six.
Laundry: Washing machine, dryer, laundry tub and ironing facilities.
Heating: Natural Gas heating, a gas log fireplace in the dining room and an open fireplace in the lounge room. WOOD NOT SUPPLIED - supplies can be purchased from the local service stations in Katoomba.
Pets: Sorry no pets allowed
Parking: Off street parking for 3 cars
Outdoor: There is an outdoor setting and a gas BBQ on the patio.
