One of the last original cottages in Leura. Cosy and comfortable with a brand new modern kitchen leading out to a large established garden. We are only a 7 minute walk to Leura Mall, and a 5 minute drive to Katoomba. Our intention is to offer guests a beautiful environment where you can feel nourished and nurtured. Whether you choose to read by the fire, relax in the garden or take a leisurely stroll, Rose Pine Cottage is your home away from home.
There are two bedrooms , a large eat in kitchen with a most unique dining table and lounge sitting room. One small room off the front sun room is locked as it holds our personal things and acts as a store room. The garden is open for you to enjoy!

Please note NO smoking is allowed in the house.
All butts to be placed in the red garbage bin at the side of the house if smoking outside.
COMPLIMENTARY WIFI
As there is no charge for access to the WiFi issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.

Linen: (All beds required will be made with quality linen before your arrival). Bath towels including bath mats and hand towels are also provided along with tea towels for the kitchen.

Lounge Rm: Lounge room with a gas log fireplace TV.
Kitchen: Open kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, stove/oven, ample cutlery & crockery.
Dining: Separate dining room over looking the garden with seating for 6 people.
laundry: Washing machine, dryer, laundry tub and ironing facilities.
Heating: Gas Log fireplace in lounge room with reverse cycle air conditioning in the open plan kitchen dining room
Pets: Although this property is not pet friendly, if you have a small non shedding dog please request approval. There is an additional fee of $15 per day.
Parking: Amble on street parking only.
