One of the last original cottages in Leura. Cosy and comfortable with a brand-new modern kitchen leading out to a large established garden. We are only a 7-minute walk to Leura Mall, and a 5-minute drive to Katoomba. Our intention is to offer guests a beautiful environment where you can feel nourished and nurtured. Whether you choose to read by the fire, relax in the garden or take a leisurely stroll, Rose Pine Cottage is your home away from home.
There are two bedrooms, a large eat in kitchen with a most unique dining table and lounge sitting room. One small room off the front sunroom is locked as it holds our personal things and acts as a storeroom. The garden is open for you to enjoy!

Bedding & Linen:
All beds will be made with quality linen before your arrival. Bath towels including bathmats and hand towels are also provided along with tea towels for the kitchen. Doonas/blankets pillows
Access: Entire Property with the exception of a 3rd bedroom which is closed off

Kitchen: Open kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, stove/oven, ample cutlery & crockery.
Dining: Separate dining room overlooking the garden with seating for 6 people.

Heating: Gas Log fireplace in lounge room with reverse cycle air conditioning in the open plan kitchen dining room
Pets: Although this property is not pet friendly, if you have a small non shedding dog, please request approval. There is an additional fee of 15 dollars per day.
Parking: Amble on street parking only.

The space is just right, kitchen is superbly equipped and the famous table is definitely a place where you love to sit and have conversations .. when early morning sun fills the entire kitchen… The look out point near the house ( recommended by the host ) is one of the most breathtaking views of blue mountain we experienced. We preferred it more than the famous ones. Our favourite part as a family was to sit by the fire place after the sun set and play board games. If you are looking to stay in Leura , this house is a rare gem :)
