Please note the tariff is based on 4 guests. If you have more than 4 staying, please enter the correct number to get the correct tariff. Maximum 8 guests.
All long weekends are a minimum 3-night stay, all public holidays are charged at the weekend tariff and Easter is a minimum 4-night stay. All beds will be made with quality linen before your arrival including doonas, pillows, bath towels, bath mats & hand towels. Tea towels are also provided for the kitchen.
Access - entire property with the exception of the garage.
Laundry - washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.
Heating/Cooling - Invicta cast enamel slow combustion fire, reverse cycle air conditioning and under slab in kitchen/dining.
Firewood is supplied in the months of June July and August only. Wood kept out the back in the glass house. Outside these months you will need to buy your own from the local supermarkets or petrol stations.
Pets - strictly no pets allowed.
Parking - off street parking for 3 cars and ample on street parking.
Indoor Activities - 2 x Smart TV able to stream Netflix, Table Tennis & Foosball table 1st floor living area.
We have an out door 10amp power point which can be used for recharging your electric car, located at the back door top of the driveway, so nice and close.
