Bedroom 1 - 1x King bed + hidden ensuite with views including bath, separate shower, toilet and Bide this room is all about the views there are no blinds in this room at all
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed + ensuite with shower and toilet
Bedroom 3 - 2 x single beds + ensuite with shower and toilet and work desk

Bedroom 4 - Double Bunk and single bunk + ensuite with shower and toilet

Please Note, the Tariff is based on 6 Guests. If you have more than 6 staying, please enter the correct number to get the correct Tariff. Maximum 10 Guests.
All long weekends are a minimum 3-night stay, all public holidays are charged at the Weekend Tariff and Easter is a minimum 4-night stay.

Bedding & Linen:
All beds will be made with quality linen before your arrival. Bath towels including bathmats and hand towels are also provided along with tea towels for the kitchen. Doonas/blankets pillows .
Access: Entire Property, except the garage.
Lounge Rm: Each level has a lounge room, both with fantastic views. Upstairs includes a slow combustion fireplace and downstairs is less formal and includes. large T.V.
Kitchen: Fully functional kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, tone large oven and a large gas cooktop, Nespresso coffee pod machine.
Dining: Separate dining area also with fantastic views.
Laundry: Washing machine, dryer, laundry tub and ironing facilities.
Heating: Central heating systems, slow combustion fireplace and gas log fire place.
Pets: Strictly No pets allowed
Parking: Space for two cars and ample on street parking.
Indoor Activities: Library, sauna, spa and some games
