The house is also complete with 3 bathrooms, ducted gas heating, air conditioning in living areas, laundry and double garage. Natural light throughout the house. Located close to the centre of town and the Three Sisters. Sense of seclusion on the edge of Katoomba, 4,000 sqm property with yard as well as significant natural bushland. Close to bushwalks and nearby lookouts with spectacular views. Norths Lookout, Cahill's Lookout, Narrowneck Lookout, Therabulat Lookout.

All beds will be made with quality linen before your arrival. Bath towels including bathmats and hand towels are also provided along with tea towels for the kitchen. Doonas/blankets pillows

Air conditioning added to the downstairs Entertainment area Living areas with reverse cycle air condition. 1 bag of firewood supplied in winter months Jun, Jul & Aug or you can purchase firewood at local service stations, supermarkets & hardware stores.

A magnificent place to spend some down time
Scott G - 8th November 2023We had a short stay in the beautiful property on the edge of Katoomba. The house is extremely well appointed and the view from the upstairs living area and deck is truest spectacular. Lots of amazing walking trails within easy access.
A lovely large home with an unbeatable outlook
