The house is a contemporary solar passive design, blending sandstone, slate, and timber to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Tucked away down a private drive, Sydney View is completely hidden from the road and neighbouring properties, offering the ultimate in privacy. The loft-style master bedroom sits beneath vaulted ceilings supported by sandstone walls, featuring an ensuite with a bath and built-in robe. Adjoining the slate-floored lounge room, warmed by a slow combustion fireplace, is a second king bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. The sunroom provides an additional sleeping space with two single day beds that can be configured as a king bed on request. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the surrounding bushland, creating a seamless connection between the indoors and outdoors.

Step outside onto the expansive entertainment deck, perfect for alfresco dining with a barbeque and chiminea, all while soaking in the stunning views. The native garden surrounding the house blends into the bushland beyond, making this secluded haven the perfect escape from the bustle of the city.

Sydney View is also a great base to explore the Blue Mountains. Located in Woodford, just 70 km from Sydney, the property is a short drive to Wentworth Falls, Leura, and Katoomba, placing iconic mountain attractions within easy reach. For outdoor enthusiasts, the nearby Murphys Trail and the Oaks Trail offer bushwalking and mountain biking adventures, while antique barns and hidden waterfalls dot the surrounding area.

The property is pet-friendly, with pets welcome to stay. However, pets must not be left unattended at any time. Please note there is no internet access or Wi-Fi at the property, allowing guests to fully disconnect and immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the surroundings.

All long weekends are a minimum 3-night stay, all public holidays are charged at the weekend tariff, and Easter is a minimum 4-night stay.

All beds will be made with quality linen before your arrival including doonas, pillows, bath towels, bathmats & hand towels. Tea towels are also provided for the kitchen.
