Guests have access to the whole house & garden, with the exception of the garage, as it is used for storage.
Bedding & Linen - all beds will be made with quality linen before your arrival including electric blankets, doonas and pillows, bath towels, bathmats and hand towels for the bathroom and tea towels for the kitchen.
Please note - all long weekends are a minimum 3-night stay, all public holidays are charged at the Weekend Tariff and Easter is a minimum 4-night stay.

Balgownie is a perfect place to make your base and explore the wonderful Blue Mountains. Within an easy drive to bush walks, lookouts, canyoning, and abseiling and much more, it is only a 10 min drive to Katoomba (The three sisters, echo point, skyway and the scenic railway), 40 min drive to Jenolan Caves and Zigzag Railway and a 30 min drive to Megalong Valley where you can enjoy horse riding.
Unfortunately, this property cannot accommodate pets, ensuring a clean and allergy-free space for all guests.
