Cumberland House is a beautifully furnished three-bedroom, two-bathroom luxurious home accommodating up to eight guests, located 2 minutes from Katoomba town centre.
This idyllic house, set on a large, beautifully landscaped garden, is centrally heated and also has reverse cycle air-conditioning for the warmer months.
Flooded with natural light, this is a perfect mountain retreat for families or a group of friends to holiday together. The open-plan living area has two separate lounge areas as well as a large dining area which comfortably sits 10 people.
The house is set on generous grounds with several distinct outdoor seating areas for the guests to enjoy. Relax in the shade of the covered balcony or venture into the garden and enjoy the two separate entertainment spaces from where you can take in the fresh mountain air.
Looking for adventure? Here are some exciting activities to consider in the area: Scenic World: Take a cable car, railway, or skyway to explore the stunning scenery of the Blue Mountains from above. The Three Sisters: A famous rock formation that offers breathtaking views of the valley below. Jenolan Caves: A network of limestone caves that are open for guided tours. Leura Village: A charming town just a few minutes' drive from Katoomba, with a range of boutique shops, cafes and restaurants to explore. Blue Mountains Cultural Centre: A great place to learn about the history and culture of the Blue Mountains region.

All long weekends are a minimum 3-night stay, all public holidays are charged at the weekend tariff and Easter is a minimum 4-night stay.
All beds will be made with quality linen before your arrival including doonas, pillows, bath towels, bath mats & hand towels. Tea towels are also provided for the kitchen.

Heating/Cooling: Gas ducted central heating throughout and reverse cycle air conditioning.
Pets: Pets are welcome but cannot be left unattended at the accommodation - property is not fully fenced.

Important information regarding the use of the outdoor fire pit:
Only available for use outside of bush fire season and on non-windy days for safety reasons.
Bring your own firewood as it is not provided.
The fire pit will be closed starting on 01/09/23 due to dry conditions.
