If you're looking for a secluded and peaceful getaway in the heart of the Blue Mountains, Geebung Cottage is the perfect choice. Located in a quiet pocket of Katoomba, this cosy cedar cottage offers privacy in a peaceful bush setting yet is still close to everything you need - bush walks, cafes, and attractions. You'll be within walking distance of Katoomba Falls and the Scenic Railway and perfectly positioned to take in all that the Blue Mountains have to offer.
Relax in front of the slow combustion fire or step out onto the balcony to take in the extensive bush views. The cottage has recently been renovated and features a new bathroom with a heated towel rail, wool carpet in the bedrooms and a second toilet - handy for larger groups and families. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric stovetop and microwave and there are additional features such as a BBQ on the deck, a gas heater in the living room, a fully equipped laundry (with a washing machine and dryer), F E T C H T V, Wi-Fi, a video player, C D-Cassette player and books on bushwalking in the Blue Mountains.
At the end of a quiet lane with off-street parking Geebung Cottage truly is a delightful bush getaway.

Best value that I could see when looking for a short stay property in the area for a large family of 6. Modern bathroom, good beds. There were a few glitches, don’t rely on google maps to find it, get some better directions. I also didn’t see that it’s BYO firewood, worth noting if you arrive late in the day as you’ll need to trek back out.”
